Our Pinoy Fiesta Nights à la carte menu features rotating dishes and seasonal specials to highlight the best ingredients and flavors available.

Each evening, our kitchen follows the rhythm of the island—guided by what’s fresh, vibrant, and worth celebrating. These rotating, chef-driven plates are a nightly expression of creativity, blending coastal California influences with global inspiration. 

Enjoy a curated dish for $25, with optional wine pairings selected to complement each flavor. No two nights are ever quite the same—just as it should be.

Join us on the last Monday of every month for Catalina Cocktail Club! Enjoy a welcome drink, interactive tastings, and themed small bites, culminating in the night’s signature cocktail. $30 CI. Limited spots available at our Catalina Bar.
